Join us at Brock’s Monument on October 13, 2024 as we commemorate the 212th anniversary of the Battle of Queenston Heights and the death of Major-General Sir Isaac Brock.
Brock's Monument towers over picturesque Queenston Heights, Ontario. The monument measures 56 metres (185 feet) in height and is the largest monument of its kind in Canada. Situated on the site of the Battle of Queenston Heights where British and American soldiers struggled for the destiny of two nations, Brock's Monument is the final resting place of Major General Sir Isaac Brock and his Aide-de-Camp Lieutenant Colonel John Macdonell.
To commemorate the 212th anniversary of the Battle of Queenston Heights and the death of Major General Sir Isaac Brock, our costumed interpreters will be offering commemorative tours of the battle site at 11:00 am.
Tickets for the commemorative tours can be purchased in advance here: https://friendsoffortgeorge.square.site/special-event-tickets
