
December Water/Wastewater Bills
As Canada Post operations resume on Tuesday, December 17, the Town will begin mailing bills and notices. Please note that delivery delays are expected as Canada Post works to stabilize operations. Due dates for all Town bills remain in effect.
To avoid delays:
- Account Balances: Contact the Town by email or phone to obtain your balance. Be prepared to verify your identity by having a previous bill handy.
- In-Person Access: Visit Town Hall with valid identification to receive account details.
- Online Options: Register for e-billing or view your account details online at lincoln.ca/onlineaccounts.
- WaterSmart Platform: Access water consumption data and receive electronic copies of your utility bills by registering at lincolnon.watersmart.com.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plans (PAP)
We encourage customers on PAP to contact Town Finance staff to confirm updated payment amounts.
WATER/WASTEWATER CUSTOMERS
- Due Date: December 20, 2024
Customers in the Vineland/Jordan billing area will have their PAP withdrawn as scheduled on Friday, December 20.
PROPERTY TAX CUSTOMERS
PAP confirmation letters will be mailed, but delays may occur. To confirm your new PAP amount, please contact Town Finance staff.
Payment Schedules:
- 12-month plan: Due Date – January 1, 2025
- 10-month plan: Due Date – January 15, 2025
- Instalment plan: Due Date – February 28, 2025 (Next payment will appear on your interim property tax bill issued in January).
