Lincoln, ON – (February 10, 2025) – The Town of Lincoln wishes the community a safe and happy Family Day weekend. Some Town facilities and services will have altered hours for the Family Day weekend and the observed Statutory Holiday on Monday, February 17, 2025. Please see below for details.

- Water samples will not be accepted after 12 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, and we will resume accepting samples on Tuesday, February 18.
Fleming Centre

Join us in the historic schoolhouse during our Building Open House Tours this Family Day weekend for some exciting activities! Get creative at our Creation Station, where kids can make a charming "Crafty Little Fox"—perfect for celebrating both Family Day and Valentine’s Day. While you're here, don’t miss our Animal Families Scavenger Hunt! Explore the schoolhouse, search for clues, and discover fascinating facts about animal families.
Be sure to also check out our new exhibits at the Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre: All Abuzz: The Life of Bees and Nesting Instinct: Amy Swarts. Plus, pick up a Museum Explorer Backpack from the front desk! Each themed backpack is filled with intriguing items and fun activities to enhance your family’s museum adventure. Residents are reminded that fireworks are prohibited in the Town of Lincoln. The only exceptions are on Victoria Day and Canada Day. Fireworks are permitted two days before and seven days following these holidays. Visit our website to learn more.
