NIAGARA FALLS, ON – Pathstone Mental Health is thrilled to announce that internationally renowned actress, mental
health advocate, and humanitarian Ashley Judd will be the keynote speaker at the 2025 Hope Gala, taking place on
Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Fallsview Casino Resort. The annual fundraising event brings together community leaders,
philanthropists, and supporters to raise critical funds for Pathstone’s innovative mental health services for children and
youth in Niagara.
Ashley Judd, known for her powerful advocacy in mental health and trauma recovery, has been a passionate and
outspoken voice for mental health awareness. Her personal journey and dedication to breaking the stigma around
mental illness make her an inspiring and fitting keynote for the Hope Gala. Judd’s participation will help shine a spotlight
on the transformative work Pathstone is doing to support children and families navigating mental health challenges.
"Pathstone Mental Health is dedicated to providing support and hope for children, youth, and families," said Shaun
Baylis, CEO of Pathstone Foundation. "The Hope Gala is an opportunity to raise awareness and essential funds for our
programs. We are honoured to welcome Ashley Judd, whose advocacy aligns so deeply with our mission. Her presence
and story will undoubtedly inspire our guests and further our efforts to foster hope and healing in our community."
In 2023, the Hope Gala featured comedian and mental health advocate Howie Mandel as the keynote speaker, drawing
significant attention and support for Pathstone’s mission. This year’s event promises to build on that momentum with
an evening of inspiration, entertainment, and impact. Tickets are available now through the event website:
hopegalapathstone.com. Guests will enjoy a premier dining experience, live entertainment, and an opportunity to bid on
exclusive auction items in support of Pathstone’s programs.
Mark Basciano, CEO of Mountainview Homes and presenting sponsor of the 2025 Hope Gala, shared his enthusiasm for
supporting this vital cause: "At Mountainview Homes, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve.
Supporting Pathstone’s mission to provide compassionate, accessible mental health care for children in Niagara is a
priority for us. The Hope Gala represents a powerful way to come together as a community and make a meaningful
difference."
Proceeds from the Hope Gala directly support Pathstone Mental Health’s programs, including Live-In Treatment Services
and outreach initiatives, ensuring children and families have access to the mental health resources they need.
