Northumberland County is seeking feedback from community members to help inform future improvements to the County’s website. Community members are invited to participate in a 10 to 15-minute online user testing activity by Thursday, March 20th to share their thoughts and experiences while navigating the County’s website.
During the activity, participants will be asked to complete a series of tasks to find information on the County’s website. After completing the tasks, they will be asked to provide feedback on any confusing or challenging steps along the way. This feedback will assist the County in making informed improvements to their website to better serve the community.
Interested community members can complete the user testing online, using a laptop or desktop computer, by visiting Northumberland.ca/ WebsiteFeedback. Feedback must be submitted by Thursday, March 20, 2025.
