A recent advertisement published in local newspapers regarding a proposed development on this site is separate from any formal municipal planning or consultation process, and the Town was not consulted about this or other community engagement processes. This advertisement does not reflect the current status of the property, and at this time, no decisions have been made regarding the future of this site.
The property is currently in the early stages of a formal Town consultation process, during which Town Staff are working closely with a third-party consultant to plan meaningful public engagement.
