The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is pleased to invite senior residents to its beloved Senior Citizen Strawberry Social, a cherished annual tradition filled with lunch, laughter, and community connections.
In celebration of Seniors Month this June, the Town is extending an invitation to all residents aged 65 and older to register for this free community event and enjoy an afternoon in great company.
Event Details
- Date: Monday, June 16, 2025
- Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Lunch will be served at approximately 11:20 a.m.)
- Location: Main Auditorium, Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre (14 Anderson Lane)
- Registration: Required by Friday, June 6, at noon. Register online at www.notl.com/recreation-events/community-initiatives-events or call 905-468-3266 ext. 0.
- Cost: Free!
This event is made possible through the generosity of Seaway Farms, who have donated the strawberries for the luncheon, and PigOut Catering, who will provide a delicious meal. As an extension of the celebration, Town Staff will once again deliver trays of freshly baked goods to residents at the Town’s three long-term care homes, ensuring every senior in the community feels remembered and appreciated.
