Chatham, ON — The Kent Cobras U8 Hockey Team is excited to announce a community fundraiser taking place on Saturday, September 20th, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Chatham Mazda, 383 Richmond St, Chatham.
Join us for a fun-filled day of washing cars, a delicious BBQ, and family-friendly games—all to support our young hockey players as they embark on their first travel hockey season! The team, comprised of adorable 7-year-olds, is raising funds to offset essential expenses including an $18,400 ice time assessment, tournament fees, team uniforms, and more.
Kids repping their new hockey jerseys will be helping wash cars, providing a memorable experience for participants and spectators alike. Enjoy the great food at our BBQ spread and participate in games for everyone to enjoy. All donations go directly toward supporting these future hockey stars and helping them make their first big strides in competitive play.
Come out, support local youth sports, and cheer on our little athletes as they showcase their team spirit! Your generosity will go a long way in helping these young players create unforgettable memories and develop their passion for hockey.
