The Burlington Community Foundation has released its newest Vital Signs Report, a snapshot of the city's strengths as well as the challenges for local residents. The findings were unveiled at a community event yesterday where local businesses, nonprofits, and residents came together to discuss what comes next, Jessica Kaitting reports.
