- Harrow & Colchester Chamber of Commerce will be holding their 5th Annual “Countdown in the Downtown” New Year’s Eve event on Sunday December 31st. Taking place at the Harrow Arena from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, this FREE family event has lots of fun in store! Activities include skating, face painting, Jangles the Magic Clown, a photo booth, outdoor ball hockey and new this year, an outdoor inflatable go cart track. ball will drop at 9:00 PM with a fireworks display provided by K&H Fireworks. Hot dogs, popcorn and hot chocolate provided, while supplies last.
