The Health TAPESTRY program is coming to Niagara-on-the-Lake! Offered in partnership by the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University and the Canadian Red Cross, this program is an innovative way to enhance access to healthcare for the most vulnerable in our communities. Compassionate volunteers use technology to connect clients with their health care teams. Training will be provided.
