In support of the food security programs here at the Centre we are inviting community members to join us for lunch. Prior to lunch being served, Adam Hudson will host an “Ask a Dietitian” session and review all the secrets on how to recreate this meal at home. You must register and pay prior to the event. $5.00 per session
