Erik Lefebvre, district operations manager at Waste Management in Brockville, has been invited to give a talk at the next Transition Brockville presentation. Lefebvre says China's decision is causing "giant troubles for the industry" and Brockville is the kind of municipality at the "dead centre" of what's going on.
