Windsor Symphony Orchestra to play for the renaissance of historic Belle Vue NHS
In May, the world-renowned Windsor Symphony Orchestra, led by celebrated conductor (and renowned cellist) Peter Wiebe, will be striking a chord when it presents ‘Music for Belle Vue’s Renaissance’ to raise funds for Windsor-Essex County’s beloved Belle Vue NHS.
On Tuesday, May 1 at 7pm, the WSO will play for an intimate audience at Christ Anglican Church. Proceeds from the concert will go toward the window restoration program of the 200 year-old national historic site. The Belle Vue Conservancy, in partnership with Christ Anglican Church, will host the event, which is back by popular demand.
In 2017, the WSO performed to an oversold crowd. “Belle Vue belongs to all of us,” says event chair and outreach coordinator Linda Jackson. “Come out and enjoy the WSO and Windsor’s own baritone Adam Iannetta. This is sure to be a great concert for a great cause!”
