Bio – Peter Handley – North Bay – Life Is
Peter Handley has been an on-air host with YourTV since 1992. His work in radio and TV spans almost 60 years, since high school. Peter knew early on that he enjoyed interviewing people and he’s been fortunate to interview well-know politicians, performers and members of the media. He has worked to secure interviews with many famous people visiting North Bay or the university. Peter’s community involvement extended to working with the local council for nine years. Now retired, Peter keeps very busy with volunteer work and would encourage anyone with an idea for a show to present it to the local station manager. YourTV is always looking for interesting show ideas, so whether you have a background in TV or just an interest, Peter commends the staff and volunteers for making everyone feel welcome.
