Christmas Market being hosted by The Friendly Circle Seniors Club in Long Sault Ontario - we are a not-for-profit organization for Seniors age 50+.   Saturday November 12th.  10am - 2pm. Bake Sale, Local Vendors, Silent Auction, White Elephant Table. Lunch $8. Something for everyone.

NOVEMBER 16! ALGORITHMIC ACID MUSIC

Our New Voices Community Artist in Residence, Alejandro Franco Briones, will perform with his live coding ensemble, Pirarán at @phoglounge (157 University Ave. W.)

This performance will be followed with a DJ set by Odessa

The night will open with a set from Monalex, a musician, songwriter, audio/live sound engineer, and software developer from Northern Ontario.

The Holiday Market will be held at the Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre located at 247 Ricardo St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON on Dec 2-11. The event features one-of-a-kind gifts and decor handmade by over 25 local artisans🎅  To further enhance the shopping experience, holiday helpers, festive treats, and gift packaging will be available. 🎄Proceeds from this event benefit Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre children and seniors' programs.

Pembroke Public Library is partnering with The Grind to conduct a Food Drive starting in November until mid-December. Donations can be dropped off at the Children's and Teens' Department at Pembroke Public Library. Examples of items that are much needed are ziploc bags, instant coffee, peanut butter, can openers, canned food, uncooked pasta and rice, cartons of stocks and broths, flour, cookies and snack items, hygiene products, bottled water, oil, rice and salt.
