Receptions will be held after the service at Branch 99 of the Royal Canadian Legion (Pinnacle St) and the Duke of Edinburgh Unit 201 of the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada (Front St).

This is the second month of three months where Prince Edward Community Care is holding the 2022 Seniors’ Active Living Fair as a virtual event taking place online using Zoom Webinars. The event continues for the months of November and December and all seniors 60+ are welcome to attend these free events. Local businesses and organizations are presenting 1 hour Zoom Webinars every Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-2pm. All seniors who participate will receive a free “Swag Bag” from Community Care and the presenters filled with great stuff including pamphlets, treats and information flyers. “Door Prizes” will be drawn at each webinar and one of the participants will win.  Closed captioning is available for these webinar events. Friday Bingo is back!  St. Helen Church, 4106 Mountain Road, Beamsville will reopen Friday Bingo November 4th.  We know our Bingo family has been waiting for us to reopen (yes, we’ve been reading your emails). We are holding our game prices. No price increases! Game prizes will remain the same too.  Join us early to enjoy a free BBQ burger.  Free tea and coffee as usual.  Doors open at 6pm and Bingo games start at 7pm.  Tell your family, friends and neighbours.  We are back!
