Our annual Bazaar is being held Saturday October 5th from 10am-2pm. A vendor's table costs $20. and must be reserved and paid for in advance. Payment can be made at Dunlop Seniors office Monday - Friday 11am-1:30pm. We can be reached at 905-682-2144.

Community Event - Niagara - Thanksgiving Bingo Oct. 8 at Grantham Lions Club!
A Special Thanksgiving Bingo will be held on October 8, 2019 from 7 until 9 pm. Cost of $10.00 will include a book of 16 games, prizes for each game, tea or coffee and a piece of pie! (Additional game cards may be purchased for $1.00 each). Hosted by Women Empowered WI, a branch of the Federated Women's Institutes of Ontario.
Community Event - Brockville/Prescott - BIG TROUBLE in little TUNNEL TOWN
Big Trouble in Little Tunnel Town is an original Murder Mystery Comedy Dinner Theatre written and performed by the Uppity Improv Society. The event is a fund raiser for May Court Club of Brockville on Saturday, September 28 at Branch 96, Royal Canadian Legion 180 Park Street Brockville in the upstairs banquet room. Social hour is 6:00 pm and dinner and show begins at 7:00 pm. A roast chicken dinner with all the fixin's and desert will be served. There is a vegetarian option available by request at time of ticket purchase. Tickets are $50. per person and may be purchased at May Court Club Thrift Shop on King Street, downtown Brockville; online at Snapd1000islands.com or by calling 613-926-1631. Attendees will have the opportunity to guess who dunnit and why. Prizes will be awarded.

Community Event - Niagara - Doctrine of Discovery-Stolen Lands, Strong Heart
The Anglican Parish of St. James and St. Brendan presents an Anglican Video production of a short documentary film about a devastating decision, made over 500 years ago, which continues to profoundly impact indigenous and settler people worldwide. In 1493, Pope Alexander VI ruled that the lands discovered by European explorers at the time was "empty" land and its millions of indigenous inhabitants were "non-human".
