Felt is one of the oldest textiles and is used for a variety of purposes, from clothing to cars and art or musical instruments. Children will learn how to make their own felt from raw wool. Programs run from 9:30am - 12pm  or 1-3:30pm and are suitable for children ages 6-12. The cost is $20 per attendant and pre-registration is required. Children are encouraged to bring their own peanut free snacks. For more information or to register phone 705-743-9710.

The Literacy Committee of Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) invites you to SHO Studios, The Roth Centre for Performing Arts, 628 Monmouth Rd., Unit 6, Windsor on Tuesday, February 19, 7pm to 8:30pm, as they award the winners of the Tell Your Story Writing Contest, and watch the stories come to life as they are told through dramatic readings by Literary Arts Students. Bluegrass crowd-pleasers, Remington Ryde has been touring the United States and Canada for twelve years. The band performs over 100 shows each year. Their distinct sound and old-time flair can be attributed to the bluegrass-rich area of Pennsylvania from which they hail. Over the last two years, the band has received five SPBGMA award nominations. Founding member Frankhouser provides his talents on guitar and lead vocals, and his showmanship and chemistry with the audience quickly turn fans into family.
