The Pembroke Lumber Kings announce the membership of the hockey club has been purchased and will begin immediate operation under the ownership of local businessman Brian Johnstone.

The 2026 Little League Minor Provincial Championship is coming to Pembroke later this month, bringing together top young baseball players from across Ontario, hosted by the Upper Ottawa Valley Little League.
