Friends of the Garden invites you as we take a guided tour of the Pitt Street Garden. Owner/operator Dan Marion will highlight the many features of the one acre micro farm, which boasts over 100 mixed species of fruit trees and fruiting shrubs. In a world where addiction and mental health challenges touch so many lives, coming together as a community is more important than ever. Gamiing Nature Centre is proud to host our annual Summer Solstice Festival, a day dedicated to recovery, mental health awareness, and the power of connection.

This vibrant festival offers a supportive space for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health issues. It's a chance to celebrate healing, foster unity, and ignite hope for a brighter future.

We're also inviting organizations, groups, and individuals dedicated to addiction services, recovery support, and mental health care to showcase their valuable resources at the festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and offer vital support.

Get ready to ride, hike, or stroll your way to making a difference! Wheels 2025, the annual fundraising event in support of medically complex children at The Darling Home for Kids, returns to the beautiful Kelso Conservation Area on Sunday, June 22, 2025, and everyone is invited to join. 

Whether you're an avid cyclist, a nature-loving hiker, or just looking for a family-friendly way to give back, Wheels 2025 has a route for you. Choose from three cycling distances (25km, 60km, or 100km), hike a 5km scenic trail with summit views of Milton, or enjoy an accessible boardwalk walk by the Kelso lake

Participants can set a fundraising goal, with all proceeds benefiting children with complex medical needs. and their families through respite, palliative, and residential care at The Darling Home for Kids. After crossing the finish line, guests will enjoy lunch, games, and a celebration of the impact they’ve made together in the community.

May 6: Sarnia Photographic Club presents "Miziwezi ('He is whole', Ojibwe)" by Wayne Simpson.  Join us in the Sarnia Library Theatre at 6:45 PM to hear from Wayne Simpson who is an Ojibwe photographer from Aamjiwnaang First Nation based in the quaint village of Elora, Ontario.
