Community Event - Niagara - Historical Society of St Catharines lecture series

On Thursday April 24, the HSSC presents local historian Walter Lewis giving an illustrated talk on SHIP REPAIR IN ST. CATHARINES.  This is a fresh perspective,  looking at the repair business and how the facilities were integrated into the succeeding generations of the Welland Canal.

The Historical Society Lecture Series takes place on the 4th Thursday of each month at the St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre at Lock 3.  The Museum doors open at 7:00pm and the presentation begins at 7:30pm. Refreshments are provided and all are welcome.

Join us for our monthly Games Night and Social. Hosted at Bracebridge United Church (46 Dominion St) enter through side "Hobbit" door by the staff parking lot. We will be in the Seminar room - follow the signs.

Join us from 5PM-8PM, on a drop-in basis. You can bring your own board game, or use one of the games our volunteers will be bringing. Bring some snacks - we'll also have some snacks available.
