Louis W. Bray Construction Limited has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation to perform construction work on the Highway 401 / Flagg Road underpass and Highway 401 / County Road 31 underpass, under contract number 2018-4023.


Notices were sent out in mid April indicating that Flagg Road would be closed to all traffic starting on May 3, 2019, remaining closed until November 15, 2019.


Please be advised that the construction of the Flagg Road bridge is still ongoing and as such, the closure of the road will be extended until December 6, 2019 to facilitate the completion of the new bridge. During this time, Flagg Road will remain closed to all traffic.


The detour currently in place will remain during this time.

Le salon des artisans organisé par le Regroupement des artisans du Centre-

Mauricie aura lieu le 15 novembre de 13 h à 17 h et les 16 et 17 de 10 h à 17 h à la Maison de la culture Francis Brisson à Shawinigan (secteur Grand-Mère) L'entrée est gratuite pour tous. 30 artisans de divers domaines se feront un plaisir de vous offrir des produits faits à la main, des créations uniques, des cadeaux originaux à prix variés. Leurs créations sont très diversifiées, les gens pourront trouver sur place des bijoux, pièces en bois, en verre, de la peinture sur bois, sur porcelaine, sur tissus, des pièces en cuir, en tissus, des sacs à vin et autres, du tissage, chapeaux, tuques, foulards,vêtements pour adultes et enfants, des produits alimentaires, chocolat, gelées, confiture, produits de sésame, produits de soins, aromathérapie, savons, shampoings, vernis à ongles et produits de maquillage naturels, des pièces de tricot et beaucoup d'autres choses.
