The Anglican Parish of St. James and St. Brendan presents an Anglican Video production of a short documentary film about a devastating decision, made over 500 years ago, which continues to profoundly impact indigenous and settler people worldwide.  In 1493, Pope Alexander VI ruled that the lands discovered by European explorers at the time was "empty" land and its millions of indigenous inhabitants were "non-human".

Date: Wednesday Sept 25, 2019, 7:00-9:00 PM

A small reception featuring indigenous foods will be offered after the viewing.
