The Kidney Foundation is having its annual Christine LaBrasceur Memorial Golf Classic on Friday, July 5th at Huron Oaks Golf Course. Golf fees per person are $125.00 and this includes green fees, cart, lunch and dinner. Registration begins at noon on July 5th. Come out for a wonderful day of golf in support of The Kidney Foundation. Contact Elaine Hayter at 519-344-3462 or elaine.hayter@kidney.ca to register today.
If you cannot golf that day you can also become involved by sponsoring a hole for $250.00 or sponsoring a cart for $1000.00. You may also volunteer that day and be part of a successful community event.
Hosted by the Friends of the Brockville Public Library on Thursday, June 13th at 7 p.m. at the Library, 23 Buell Street, Brockville, researcher, author and Loyalist descendant Jennifer DeBruin, will talk about the Loyalist Espionage during the American Revolution.
Admission if $5 per person at the door.
