Luke James, on his first CIA assignment is charged with keeping a secret meeting in a safe house secure. The meeting is between a representative of the US State department and a representative from an oil rich group of islands. No one knows who the islands representative is so, Luke's work is cut out for him. Unfortunately his methods and skills are left wanting and he is more of a danger to himself than any one else in the house. Add to this an ex-marine caretaker with no security ID, a sexy neighbour seeking shelter, an evangelical preacher and his niaive assistant and let the fun begin.
