After marrying a successful Parisian writer known commonly as "Willy" (Dominic West), Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette (Keira Knightley) is transplanted from her childhood home in rural France to the intellectual and artistic splendor of Paris. Soon after, Willy convinces Colette to ghostwrite for him. She pens a semi-autobiographical novel about a witty and brazen country girl named Claudine, sparking a bestseller and a cultural sensation. After its success, Colette and Willy become the talk of Paris and their adventures inspire additional Claudine novels. Colette's fight over creative ownership and gender roles drives her to overcome societal constraints, revolutionizing literature, fashion and sexual expression.

The 8th Annual Charity Curling Classic makes a direct impact on healthcare in our community and will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the Sydenham Community Curling Club in Wallaceburg.
The bonspiel involves 16 teams participating in two six-end games of curling. Participants also enjoy lunch, dinner and receive a door prize. There are also a variety of activities and games that take place during the day including a silent auction, vendor presentations and more.
This year's event will make a direct impact on health in Chatham-Kent, as all proceeds will support he purchase of a transport defibrillator for the CKHA, Wallaceburg site. This equipment can be used to save a life after cardiac arrest, and is critical when transferring patients by ambulance throughout our community. While CKHA does have this machine currently in use, it is nearing the end of its useful life and will need to be replaced.
Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and the events Top Fundraiser. Participants who raise $100 in pledges will also receive chances to win great prizes.
This year, teams are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite Super Hero or Villain.
