Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain is a six week program geared to help you improve your quality of life. Subjects covered include: how to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, poor sleep. Sessions include information on exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance as well as learning how to pace activity and rest. Registration is required for this program. Join us on June 10th at the Ciociaro Club on their stunning outdoor scenic track for the 22nd annual Hospice LifeWalk. This is a leisurely 5km fundraising walk, run or bike supporting The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. Now in its 22nd year, the LifeWalk provides the opportunity for participants to remember those who have fought, or are still fighting a life-altering diagnosis. Gleaners Food Bank will be holding our annual Mega Yard Sale on Saturday July 21st, and Sunday July 22nd 2018. The event will take place at 25 Wallbridge Cres. in Belleville. 9am-4pm. This will be a rain or shine event. We are currently looking for donations and vendors who sell antiques or collectibles.
