Community Event - Niagara - Hog Roast Saturday November 2nd!

The Niagara Shriners have moved out their Maid of the Mist float to make room for a large HOG roaster. Right off the roasted HOG, steaming, delicious pork along with your sides for only $25.00! Tickets are limited so get them early: they are available at the clubhouse on North St: call 905 358 9110 or ask a Shriner. The fundraiser for the club will be held on November 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm at 5621 North St just behind the Hospital. All are welcome, especially Shriners, Masons, and their friends along with a cash bar and prizes. Please help keep the Shrine Float MAID OF THE MIST available for sailing in our local parades.

Join us for our upcoming Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) workshop, scheduled for October 17th and 18th from 8:30am to 4:30pm at Le Centre de Santé communautaire de l'Estrie.

This invaluable two-day session, typically valued at $250, is being offered for $20.00 thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Social Development Council of Cornwall and Area. This initiative is targeted to youth over 16 years old and professionals working with youth.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
