Join us for a 4-week, intermediate level, moderate intensity outdoor walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, brisk walk, and 2-3 intervals of strengthening exercises using your own body weight.

The classes will consist of a mat-based group exercise, focused on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation. The exercises aim to restore the correct balance of tone and tension to improve the function of the pelvic floor. 

This program is beneficial for anyone experiencing symptoms of various pelvic floor disorders, including but not limited to urinary incontinence.

Please bring your own mat and extra cushion, if needed to support pelvis and/or knees and reduce discomfort.

On that day, seniors across Canada will be holding dozens of climate events, to draw attention to the climate crisis and to request support for a livable future for our children and grandchildren. Locally, seniors and others are invited to gather along Highway 7 at Wilson Street in Perth.
