Getting ready for Christmas? Come out and enjoy an evening of holiday crafting.

This program is limited to 10 participants at EarlyON Child & Family Centre - Nipissing, 171 Chippewa Street West in North Bay, ON

What to expect:

• Parent Information Package emailed prior to program date

• Only registered participants permitted to join in the program

• Please arrive on time for screening purposes

• Adult mask wearing is encouraged when physical distancing cannot be maintained or are indoors for programing.

This is not your grandpa's wood burning!

In this workshop you will learn the basics of modern wood burning, while creating a one-of-a-kind ornament to gift or put on your tree. With the right tools, which we have, this hobby is relaxing and fulfilling.

You will have a choice of snowflakes or hand lettered holiday quote. If you finish early, there is the opportunity to make another ornament for an additional $10.

Appropriate for ages 12 and up.

I have been teaching art for 25 years and have oodles of patience to answer your questions and build your confidence.

Thursday Nights from 6pm - 8pm

Gateway to the Arts will be hosting drop in studio sessions. Each week we will cover a different medium or skill and participants can take home their projects. 

Come and spend an evening of creative fun. No registration needed and Covid19 protocols will be in place. Open to all ages, first come first serve. 

$10/person and all material provided.

Operation Red Nose is a national program dedicated to the fight against drinking and driving. You’ve gone to a house party or your office Christmas party or just out to the bar for a drink and it’s time to go home, but you do not feel comfortable driving.

Call our Headquarters and a team of 3 will come and drive you home safely in your own car.  Two people will get in your car with you and the 3rd person will follow behind.

Your car will be parked in your driveway and you will be escorted to your door.  We’ll even drive your babysitter home (as long as one parent comes with us

Honeynoon City Toastmasters of Niagara Falls will be having its club level International Speech Contest virtually this Wednesday November 24 starting at 7pm.  Winners of this event will move on to compete in the Area 55 Speech Contest.
