What does wellbeing mean to you? If you're between 9 and 18 years-old, the Halton Youth Impact Survey is for you! It's your chance to have a say in decisions that can make things better for kids in Halton and enter a draw for a Tim's gift card. If you're in high school, you can receive 2 volunteer hours for doing the survey and sharing the link with your friends, followers and classmates!

PARENTS! Children 9 to 13 years-old require parent/guardian consent to do the survey.  Give your child the chance to influence how family services and supports are planned and delivered in Halton. The survey is anonymous. Please sign the consent form!
