We created this campaign for everyone to contribute at various levels. Start a team (min of 4 participants - max of 8), join a team ($20 per person), or donate to a team or participant. Please share this page with your family and friends.

Join our dynamic instructors on Zoom this May 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. for this hands-on, family-friendly paddle painting workshop for the Peterborough community. It’s fun for the whole family, whether you’re 6 or 66! We’ll take you through The Canadian Canoe Museum’s galleries for a live whirlwind tour of the most fascinating and inspiring paddles in the collection, and then sit down together to demonstrate the techniques and possibilities for painting your paddle while you follow along (adapted for various age and skill levels). There’s lots of time for Q&A too!


Ages 6 to adult
Registration is $20 
This virtual workshop is an experience for our local Peterborough families – you’ll need to pick up your painting materials kit curbside at the Museum (910 Monaghan Road).

A Virtual 5km Run/Walk. to help raise money to purchase a local camp property in Amherstburg. The purpose of this Camp is to provide outdoor educational experiences with structured programs and activities. The programs will be designed to foster leadership skills, to build confidence and self-esteem. Develop life skills and address social & environmental issues facing today's Youth. The camp will be open to all Youth of Windsor and Essex County on a year-round basis. Registration Deadline, June 1 2021. Virtual Run/Walk date: June 26, 2021. You can run/walk you 5km anytime, anyplace. Enjoy the outdoors while staying healthy both physically and mentally, Help us purchase a camp that will help others with running an enriched life.
