Community Event - Niagara - Virtual Garden Tour Supports Women's Scholarships

Explore seven, beautiful, local gardens and hear two engaging presentations by Theresa Forte, popular garden columnist, and Paul Zammit, Professor of Horticulture at Niagara College, on the CFUW St. Catharines YouTube channel to raise funds for women's post-secondary scholarships. From June 19 to July 11 you can view these lovely and entertaining video tours and speakers from the comfort and safety of your home, as often as you wish over three weeks.  Tickets are $10.00 on Eventbrite at www.eventbrite.ca. Using interactive, hands-on activities to engage different learning styles, STEAM Ahead encourages children to explore STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fundamentals and includes an artistic (A) component to encourage creativity and innovation.
