The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region has launched a new program for care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). This will be a facilitated group intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia. First Wednesday of each month.
