Probus Club of Belleville welcomes retirees and semi-retirees to its meetings on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. at Maranatha Church, 100 College St. West, Belleville. On Thursday, January 9th the guest speaker is Heather Chandler, of OH Alpacas. Her topic will be "All about Alpacas and this one is named Chewpaca". On Thursday, January 23rd the guest speakers are Sherry & Alvin Parkhurst. Their topic is "Essential Ingredients for a 60 year Transportation Business and Surviving".

Don’t be the victim, be proactive and protect your identity and yourself from fraud. Mainstreet Credit Union will be at the Chatham Branch of Chatham-Kent Public Library on Tuesday, February 4 at 6:30 pm to teach you how to protect yourself. This is a free program, no registration required.

Protect your Identity and Prevent Fraud is part of the Adulting 101 program series at Chatham-Kent Public Library. We recognize that being an adult can be hard. This an opportunity for adults (16+) to come together and learn different life skills in a fun and welcoming environment.

Adulting 101 programs will take place on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Chatham Branch, Meeting Room.

The group is open to anyone ages 11-25 who may be looking for more information about medications they may be taking or to bust some of the common myths and misconceptions.
