program designed to help you learn how to take better care of you as you care for others. The three-hour weekly class will focus on self-awareness exercises, stress 
management, group discussion, and take-home exercises. You can learn how to develop your inner capacity to be resilient and strong regardless of your current life challenges. To register for this 16 week course, please call the office at 905-687-3914.

For the ninth consecutive year, Adult Language and Learning is celebrating Family Literacy Day. 

A.L.L. has been an avid believer in the importance of literacy skills in modern society. Our organization wants to raise awareness about how our ability to read and understand basic numerical and written material is essential in our lives.

The two-hour-long event will be full of fun activities for the whole family.
