This is a brand new event for the whole family, both 2 legs and 4 legs. Walkers, strollers, wagons – everyone is invited to participate in this walk to help raise money for the animals in our rescue’s care. It’s just a fun event for everyone to enjoy!

Join them at Mud Creek (at the end of Cecile Street, Chatham, Ontario, on Sunday, September 8th from 10 am to 2 pm for the FIRST Love For Paws walk. Enjoy the beautiful trail along Mud Creek, BBQ will be available. Sponsor Sheets will be available to download or request by email – chathamkentanimalrescue@gmail.com

Even though it’s summer outside, the staff at the Chimczuk Museum is celebrating Christmas the weekend of August 9 to 11.

In addition to decorating the museum in a Christmas theme, on Saturday staff will host a family-friendly day featuring Christmas crafts in the Hands-On-History Room, scavenger hunts for kids, and balloon animals and magic tricks from magicians Elizabeth & Miles. At 2pm, Santa (who will be making a stop by the museum during his summer vacation) will lead children’s bingo. You can see the full schedule of events at www.museumwindsor.ca.

Also, from August 9 to 11, the Chimczuk Museum Gift Shop will feature a special 25% discount on select Christmas items and a 10% discount throughout the gift shop.

No previous design experience necessary, but registration is required.
