A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC that explores a variety of topics and strategies to increase mindfulness and intentionality in everyday life. Each session will include guided group discussion and a short meditative practice.

Annual “Pat on the Back Awards” Provide Funding Opportunity for Local Environmental Projects
The Windsor Essex County Environment Committee is excited to announce the return of the “Pat on the Back Awards.”
Four $500 awards will be given out to small, local organizations that foster sustainability in our community. Examples of projects we are looking for include school greening; environmental education or advocacy; community gardens; re-use, recycling or composting; native plant gardens; community cleanups; or environmental art.
The deadline to apply is 4pm on Friday, May 24, 2019. The awards will be presented on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 7-9pm at the Ojibway Nature Centre.
