Calling all gardeners and green thumbs! Mark Saturday, May 4 on your calendar for the City of Windsor Annual Plant Sale that will take place at the Lanspeary Park Greenhouse located on Giles Boulevard at Langlois Avenue.
From 8am to 2pm, volunteers from Parks and Recreation will be on hand offering more than 100 different types of perennials, plus herbs and grasses, trees and shrubs for purchase. Come on out rain or shine!
Please note, only cash or cheques are accepted, as there are no credit or debit machines on site. Proceeds from the sale will continue to fund the Paul Martin Garden at Willistead Park.

The UWindsor Film Festival and CMF Gala takes place on April 14 at the Chrysler Theatre at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $12 for general admission and can be purchases at the Chrysler Theatre Box office, at the door, or online at www.chryslertheatre.com. Enjoy this year’s collection of films created by students from the University of Windsor’s Communication, Media and Film program, along with other artistic showcases!
