SATURDAY June 9th between 12pm – 10:30pm at Montebello Park in St. Catharines, #PITP2018 is an outdoor all ages PRIDE festival with LGBT+/LGBT+ friendly entertainment presented by Niagara Casinos! With Live musical acts, family friendly children activities, food and merchandise vendors, a fully licensed area with DJs and dance floor and more!

-Kim Joyce Music - Singer, songwriter, a humanitarian rights activist and a motivational speaker. Music defined as Passion Music. A soulful voice, a playful spirit and a conscious mind are what she brings to the table in her music

 - Citizen Jane Two parts daydream & one-part grunge, hailed "a delight" by Folk Radio UK. Toronto based lesbian folk-pop duo that weaves powerful vocal armories with innovative string textures to create an emotionally charged soundscape.

- Random Order + House of Shimmy -Combination of trans powerhouse vocalist/guitarist Lynx from & the serpentine duo dance team House of Shimmy A subversive pop rock trio belly dance-inspired spectacle of movement.

- Strong Water Women (Zhoonge Niibii Kwe) - A group of Indigenous Women from many different nations who reside in the Niagara Region, who promote identity while nurturing each other’s Spirit. The main purpose of the group is unity as intended in our original teachings. They have grown to a group of well over 40 women who love promoting our culture, language and traditions of our communities. Sharing their songs and drumming. 

Garden City Productions​ – A non-profit community theatre operating a permanent Canadian repertory theatrical company.  Presenting a Musical Melody of all everyone’s favourite musical numbers.

- Danny Dymond - Emerging electro-pop music artist based out of the GTA. His sleek and high energy brand is nothing compared to his fantastic live shows.

 - Justin Latam - Singer-songwriter born and raised in Canada’s Sun Parlour, Leamington, Ontario. Described as a “barefoot-stomping’, folk-rock, human-jukebox.” With his roots planted firmly in his home county, branching out across the province on an Ontario Tour.

Pride Niagara is happy to announce the 5th Annual 2018 Niagara UNITY Awards! This gala showcases the important successes of individuals and groups that have made an impact for the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Plus (LGBT+) community here in the Niagara Region. 

The Niagara UNITY Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 6th at Amici's Banquet & Conference Centre, Social Club (2740 Merrittville Highway, Thorold) with doors opening at 6pm. The event features an opening winery reception by Hernder Estate Wines , silent auction, a formal three course dinner, the return of the amazing FEMALE DELUSIONIST "EXTRA-ORDINAIRE" Miss Conception and of course the Niagara UNITY Awards ceremony itself.
