Au plus grand plaisir des carnivores, trois camions de côtes levées débarquent avec leurs gigantesques fumoirs et des tonnes de viande à griller. La Beauce s’enveloppera de l’odeur du charbon de bois et s’animera au son de la musique lors de ce Festival. Petit et grand pourront également s’amuser dans la section jeux gonflables. C’est une belle occasion pour amasser des fonds pour un organisme local l’Association des Familles Monoparentales et Recomposées la Chaudière.

Nous profitons de cette belle occasion pour inviter les entreprises à venir en grand nombre. Nous sommes prêts à vous accueillir avec une très grande quantité et diversité de bouffe en plus des consommations pour vous rafraîchir. Pour les entreprises et les clubs sociaux qui le désirent, vous pouvez vous procurer des billets qui donne droit à 1/2 assiettes de côtes levées et une consommation.

Une compétition entre 6 concurrents aura lieu, ils s'affronteront en dégustant le plus rapidement possible des racks de côtés levées sous la supervision d'un juge. Le premier qui aura terminé remportera le trophée « P'tit Cochon ».  Restez à l'affût de notre page Facebook pour connaitre les règlements de participation. "The Souq" is a multicultural Arabian Style Marketplace & Coffee House to raise funds for the United Syrian Family Support Group of Belleville.

The Souq will feature 25 vendors, homegrown independent artists/jewellers, businesses, craftspeople, ethnic foods and entertainment to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our city.
