May is Mystery Month! To celebrate, the Belleville Public Library is pleased to host Canadian mystery author Barbara Fradkin for a book talk on Saturday, May 5 from 11-12:30. Ms. Fradkin is the author of the Inspector Green, Amanda Doucette, and Cedric O’Toole mystery series! She is the winner and nominee of multiple awards including the Arthur Ellis Award from the Crime Writers of Canada. Ms. Fradkin will be signing and selling copies of her books.

The Patrons of St. Columban Foundation invite you to a chicken dinner fundraiser for the restoration of the historic St. Columban's Church at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297, 415 Second St.,West, Cornwall from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday April 15. The Point Edward Skating Club will host the 2018 Winter Olympics Skating Carnival. Show times are Saturday April 7 at 2pm & 7pm and Sunday April 8 at 2pm.
