The Hospice Hub invites you to participate in our second annual Hike for Hospice. Hike or pledge to raise funds to help deliver The Hospice Hub’s growing programs. Gather at the Crystal Palace in Perth on Sunday, May 25th to join friends and neighbours for your choice of a 1.5 or 5 km route around the Town of Perth. Check in and a complimentary BBQ hotdog begins at 11:30 a.m. The hike kicks off at 1:00 p.m.

If you are unable to participate on the 25th, please consider pledging a hiker(s), or make a donation. The Hospice Hub is a community led initiative that provides comprehensive, compassionate and integrated services to support anyone at end of life and bereavement, including their family and caregivers. We serve everyone who uses the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, wherever they call home.
