Community Event - Sarnia - Post Natal Fitness: Return to Exercise - TBNPLC
This class will include a combination of exercises focused on re-strengthening a woman’s body post childbirth.
Exercises will train the whole body and include additional focus on abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
Suitable for those new to exercise and those just returning back to exercise.
Please bring indoor shoes & water.
Resistance bands will be provided.
