Fundraising Walk for Parkinson's 

September 1st - 30th, 2023

For the month of September, walk, run, bike while tracking your distance, and raise money for CMHA Halton.

Help raise awareness and funds for CMHA, while also making a positive impact on your own mental wellbeing.

Challenge yourself, your friends and coworkers to a very active September!

Fill up a grocery bag full of needed items, snap a picture of it & post it on social media.

*Cereal, Oatmeal, Canned Meats, Canned Vegetables/Fruits, Rice, Pasta Sauce, Dry Pasta, Mac & Cheese, Canned Beans

*School Snacks - Juice box, Fruit Snacks, Pudding Cups, Granola/Cereal Bars, Chicken Snacks

*Toiletries - Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Feminine Hygiene
