walking and strength program. Each session will include

a warm-up, 4 walking intervals, 3 strength intervals and a

cool down stretch. Resistance bands will be provided.

A full course luncheon event at The Arnprior Legion Hall, on Wednesday June 7th, from 12-2pm. Choice of sandwiches salmon or egg salad. Dave Hurley will entertain. Tickets $11 available from our agency office until noon on June 5th. All seniors or adults with disabilities welcome.

program to improve alignment, flexibility and

strength. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and

on the floor.

Note: you must be able to kneel and 

get up and down off the floor safely to participate

aim to increase circulation, improve joint mobility, active range of

motion, flexibility and posture.
