The facilitator will review strategies for coping with anger, shame,
anxiety, sadness and other emotions as well.
Low impact group exercise to improve cardiovascular and
muscular endurance.
Equipment required: Bring your own set of 2-3lb weights.
Floor based exercises to help restore
balance in tone and function of the pelvic floor muscles.
Suitable for both men and women with symptoms of
pelvic floor dysfunction (ie. urinary incontinence).
Beginner level chair yoga, suitable for all ages.
All exercises are performed seated in a chair.
Aimed at improving strength, flexibility and circulation.
Improves relaxation and breathing.
Beginner level yoga program.
Exercises will be performed on a mat; kneeling, supine, seated and standing.
Sessions aim to improve alignment, flexibility, strength and breathing.
