LIVE MUSIC: Section 53 was formed in late 2019 whose sound fits somewhere between folk and rock with a hint of blues. Castleford United Church is holding a fundraiser featuring Gillan Rutz, being held at the Horton Community Centre (1005 Castleford Road) on Sunday, October 2, 1:30-4:00. Gillan’s show features tales throughout the Ottawa Valley over the past five decades and Grand Ole Opry songs.  Doors Open at 1:00, with refreshment served.  Tickets are $12.00 at the Door, and $10.00 in Advance.
