Our Annual Walk and Run starts on Saturday, April 24th, 2021 to goes until Saturday, May 1st, 2021. This event helps raise funds for Niagara Life Centre, and support low-fee counselling and mental health services in our community. This year’s walk and run will be held virtually once again.

Sign up to participate in the Walk and Run, and download the sponsorship form from our website. Seek pledges for your 5 KM walk or run, and complete the walk/run on your own time and pace.
